Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vellinore GmbH, Sandkaule 9–11, 53111 Bonn, Info@vellinore.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Wir erstatten Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab Eingang Ihres Widerrufs. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren zurückerhalten haben.
Return Costs
The return costs EUR 4.99. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If the product was defective or sent incorrectly, Vellinore will cover the return shipping costs.
Voluntary Return Policy — 14 Days
Über das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht hinaus gewähren wir Ihnen ein freiwilliges Rückgaberecht von 30 Tagen ab Erhalt der Ware, sofern die Artikel ungetragen und mit Etikett zurückgesendet werden. Ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht bleibt davon unberührt.
